Our distinctive research focus is cross-disciplinary, encompassing the interactions between people, organisations and information technologies which are an increasingly pervasive feature of advanced societies. We have an active group of around 20 doctoral students in different stages of their PhD research and our research agenda reflects its positioning at the interface between conventional studies of IS and organization studies and includes a close link with the Innovation, Knowledge & Organisational Networks (IKON) research centre.

We run the highly successful MSc in Information Systems Management & Innovation which has around 70 students and launching a new MSc in Finance & IT in 2012. We also offer a portfolio of modules for undergraduate courses, other postgraduate courses, the MBA, and Executive
